Thank you for choosing Tallow and Fries! We are dedicated to delivering our premium frozen food products right to your doorstep with care and reliability. To ensure you have the best experience possible, please read our shipping policy below:

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Once processed, orders will ship within the delivery window.
  • Shipping Days: We ship Tuesdays through Friday for Toronto area customers, and Wednesdays for all other delivery areas. Orders placed after 5 p.m. the day prior to shipment will be fulfilled on the subsequent delivery day. 

Shipping Zones & Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within southern Ontario, Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Contact us for any delivery zones not being provided on our checkout page. 

Packaging & Temperature Control

We manage our logistics by delivery location and amount of goods on order. Within the GTA and adjacent areas, we choose to carefully pack our bundles and boxes with insulated materials (and cold packs as required) to ensure they arrive frozen. The cold packs are non-toxic, single-use packets - the liquids can be drained and the plastic wrapped can be recycled. 

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We cannot accept items back once they leave our facility to ensure the highest level of food safety for our customers.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us at info@tallowandfries.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include a brief description and photos of the damaged or defective product and the condition of the packaging.
  2. Resolution: Once we review your request, we may issue a replacement order or provide store credit, depending on the nature of the damage or defect.

Please note that damages or defects reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for an exchange.

Delivery Disclaimer

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that you track your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it as soon as it arrives to maintain product quality.
