Politique de remboursement

We have NO RETURN policy due to the need to keep our foods frozen. 

Rest assured, our retail bundle packages are delivered in thermal pouches which can insulate against ambient weather for up to three hours. But we cannot ascertain with any certainty our packages have been kept in frozen conditions. 

Exceptions arising from damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Contact us at info@tallowandfries.com to get started. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the Toronto at an address to be provided in our response. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At our option, we may choose to replace the packages with proof the existing package has been properly disposed of in the garbage. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 25 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
